Here are some photos from a family session I did recently. The Three Kings, as they are aptly named, make up one of sweetest families I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The young boy had so much personality, I was constantly giggling behind the camera at his assortment of poses with my favorite being his "mountain pose". There is a photo near the end of our session where the whole family does it, and it's just perfect! I even made an appearance at the end of the shoot! We did our session near Banff and the goal was to capture some images of them amongst the mountains. This was their first time coming back to the area as a family. We started our shoot in the same area where they had some wedding photos done with Mount Rundle as the backdrop. We had planned our shoot the day prior, but being as it is now spring in the mountains, the weather had another plan for us. So, we put off the shoot until the next day to sneak in a quick session before they made their way back home. I am sure glad they did! It was a really fun filled session!
Thanks for checking out some of my work. I am starting to get really excited for warmer weather and longer days in the mountains. This is the perfect time of year to plan a photography session. Warmer temps, nice light to work with, and here's hoping the green of spring is right around the corner. I will be offering some great opportunities to book a photography session with me in both May and June. I am just finalizing dates and what will be included in the sessions. Stay tuned for more to come!
Cheers and have a great week everyone!
